These terms govern your use of ColorRing.ai, including the website, the merchant dashboard, the public color translator, and the color-matching chat widget. By creating an account or installing the widget, you agree to them.
ColorRing.ai provides AI-assisted hair extension color matching. We translate competitor shade references into the shades a merchant actually carries, publish verified cross-brand color charts, and report on the resulting conversations. Matches are informational guidance and not a guarantee of an exact physical color result.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the brand you register.
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You keep ownership of the catalog data, shade names, and images you upload. You grant ColorRing.ai the licence needed to host that content and to operate the matching service for your storefront. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.
The ColorRing.ai platform, the verified cross-brand equivalence database, and the site content remain our property. Brand names referenced in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify shades for comparison purposes.
Do not scrape the service in bulk, resell access, reverse engineer the platform, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use ColorRing.ai to misrepresent another brand's products.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party platform outages, and upstream failures can affect access.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost sales.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk to the service or other users.
